Each presentation has a maximum duration of 12 minutes. At the end of each session, a global time will be allotted for questions and debate regarding the presentations that took place.
The maximum number of slides cannot be more than 15 and the character size cannot be less than 20. You may use the PowerPoint template available for download. (download powerpoint template)
Equipment: The rooms will be equiped with a laptop and a video projector. For compatibility reasons, you should use Microsoft Office 2010 and, preferably, system fonts.
The author responsible for the presentation of the work must come to the presentation room during the intermission prior to his session, so that he can save his presentation file in the laptop.
Moderation: Before the session, the moderator will be provided with all relevant information.
Order of the presentations: Except for compelling reasons that will be evaluated by the moderator, the order of the interventions listed in the program will not be altered. After the presentation, the certificates will be awarded.
Publication of the works: The abstracts of the accepted interventions will be published in a book with ISBN. The full text of the interventions will be published in electronic format.
