Each work will be reviewed by two evaluators.

Two acceptances or two refusals will, automatically, originate the acceptance or refusal of the work, respectively. In case of discrepancy between evaluators, the final decision will be taken by the president of the scientific committee from where the author(s) originate (Spanish or Portuguese).

The notification of the decision will be made, immediately, by an e-mail sent to the first author.

The notifications of refusal will be accompanied by the correspondent evaluation sheet. The notification of the decision will be made after December 8, 2015.
